He has operated in a range of markets including food, toiletries, healthcare, tobacco and nutrition, with responsibility for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies. As well as working with leading Multinationals including Unilever, R J Reynolds, Goldshield and Smith and Nephew, he has worked with start up operations and medium sized businesses and held Marketing Director and Head of Marketing posts. Kaps selling experience includes into UK retail chains including Boots, Lloyds, ASDA, Mothercare, Tesco and Sainsbury and operations in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Finland.
